Teddy Bears’ Picnic is back at Adelaide Botanic Garden.

These school holidays, pack your picnic and favourite teddy bear and join family and friends for a good old fashioned Teddy Bears’ Picnic.

The much-loved Band of the SA Police will be back in the Garden to entertain the crowd. They’ll be playing a selection of well-known hits and movie themes that will have everyone from children to grandparents tapping their toes. There will also be free face painting.

So, grab your best teddy, pack a picnic (or grab some lunch from Evergreen Deli or Evergreen To Go), a picnic blanket or low chair, and head on down to the Garden for this free family fun day.

Cost: Attendance is free, no booking or registration required.

Parking: There is limited, ticketed parking on Plane Tree Drive. Please note that this may fill up quickly. Alternative parking is available in the city’s east end, surrounding streets or at the Lot Fourteen car park.

Please note this is an outdoor event and will be cancelled in the event of bad weather.
