The Music of The Man From Snowy River at Four Oaks Farm
The Man from Snowy River is synonymous with the Australian Outback and the Brumbies.
Pack a picnic and enjoy the music from The Man from Snowy River in a natural setting with horses and other farm animals all around. A small market will be set up at the event with some food and craft. There will also be the opportunity to come up early and book a trail ride in before the concert for an even more immersive experience.
The music of The Man from Snowy River was composed by Bruce Rowland and he also conducted the orchestra during the recording of the album. The score has been conducted down to a string quartet with reeds and piano, featuring a selection of six pieces from the soundtrack.
Drinks are available to purchase on the night, BYO is not allowed. Seating is provided.
