The Nutcracker Royal Opera House Performance Screening
The Royal Opera House 2019/20 Live Cinema Season presents the perfect family treat this festive season with the beloved Christmas classic The Nutcracker (23 and 24 December 2019), screening at Event Cinemas.
Audiences in Australia are never far from the action at the Royal Opera House, with select filmed live performances coming to the big screen at selected Event Cinemas nationwide from November 2019 to August 2020.
Recorded in 2016, this magical Christmas adventure is a great chance to round up your loved ones to enjoy Peter Wright’s classic story of Clara’s adventure with her enchanted Nutcracker. The production offers an enthralling experience for the whole family – from Tchaikovsky’s glittering score, to gorgeous festive stage designs, and The Royal Ballet’s captivating dancing.
A Christmas-themed morning tea will also be served alongside 23 December 2019 screenings at Event Cinemas.
