Experience the magic of winter solstice at Unseen, an immersive celebration of Sun, Fire, Light, and Rebirth in the heart of Adelaide’s West End.
Across four weekends in June, join the fun every Friday and Saturday evening from 6pm to 11pm in Light Square/Wauwi and the West End for theatrical fire shows, immersive fire installations and roving fire performances.
Be captivated by roving fire performers as they weave their magic through the crowd and indulge in a range of delicious food and drinks from food trucks and pop-up bars, all while surrounded by the warmth and glow of the fire. Enjoy the main theatrical fire show in Light Square/Wauwi.
A winter solstice experience like no other, go along and witness:
the RITUAL:
a theatrical fire show, telling a story of the winter solstice, with moving flames, explosive fire effects, dance, theatre, and more. An entrancing and epic fire theatre show.
the SOLACE:
Experience the feeling of the Sun’s rebirth through these fire temples. Step in and look up to an expanding halo of flame, and reflect on the rebirthing happening within you, as flame softly and powerfully moves overhead.
the GUIDE:
In the streets of the West End, find a ritualist procession, dancing and guiding the Sun on its journey through the longest night. They will guide you to the UNSEEN grounds where you might find SOLACE and RITUAL in the night.
