Breakfast includes bottomless brewed tea and coffee, warm brioche roll and homemade jam followed by a ‘mini breakfast buffet’ including a Turkish-style baked egg with smoked labna, homemade bagel with salmon and cream cheese, beetroot and caramelised onion tartlet topped with grilled halloumi and roast tomatoes with house-smoked maple bacon.
Finish with a plate of sweet sensations, including pancakes with blueberry, ricotta and lemon curd, vanilla yoghurt panna cotta with roasted strawberries, lavender and honey tea cake and strawberry and basil sorbet
Utopia at Waterfall Gully is also offering a 3 course Luscious Lunch with a beautiful selection of dishes to choose from.
Children’s menu is available for both breakfast and lunch and includes a main meal, soft drink and ice cream sundae for $18.
