Winter Beach Explorers
Take the family down to Largs Beach in the July school holidays and learn all about the amazing things that can be found on our local beaches.
Joining the session will be a local shell expert and a marine biologist, Peter Hunt, on this guided beach combing session. Explore the tide line and learn about the things you can discover with the Port Environment Centre.
Did you know that winter is the best time of year to find interesting things on our beaches? This is a fun way to learn about the beach environment through a hands-on experience and is a session suitable for families will children of all ages.
Tickets:
- $7.50 per family (up to 2 adults and accompanying children)
- $3 per adult
