Nature Play SA has put together a wonderful resource aimed at encouraging children to be more active with a list that includes different sports, and a huge variety of outdoor activities.

The collection of ideas was created by primary school students aged between 7 and 14 and further refined by coaches, athletes, and sporting bodies.  

The resources share 56 ideas over 3 lists:

  2. 15 ways to get active outdoors before you turn 14
  3. 15 ways to nurture your wellbeing outdoors before you turn 14
