Adelaide 5K Foam Fest 2024
They guarantee you’ll be foamy, muddy and wet by the end of the 5K Foam Fest.
The 5K Foam Fest is a one of kind obstacle course based fun run. With a variety of obstacles and a ton of foam, the run is an exciting challenge for experienced and beginner runners alike. The 5K Foam Fest is not a hardcore run it is a FUNCORE run. Walk it, Charge it, Run it, Fun it!
The 5k Foam Fest Fun Run features 22 of some of the best and most exciting obstacles in the world including the worlds largest inflatable waterslide, slip and slides, mucky mud pits and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam.
Other activities on the day include:
- Family-friendly music
- FREE kids zone for kids 7 and under
- Delicious food
- Local vendors
- Beer garden
Age Information:
- Ages 7 and up: all children must be physically, mentally, and emotionally capable to complete the course with proper course etiquette. Kids aged 7 to 12 years must run with a Registered Adult. Parents must use proper judgment and help the youngsters decide on what obstacles to do or not based on their ability, size and confidence level.
- Kids 13-17 years: do not require an adult chaperone but must adhere to all course rules and regulations.
- 6 years and under: cannot run the 5k Foam Fest, but they can go for FREE in the Kids FUN Zone, where they can try out the mini Inflatable Obstacle Course and Bounce House (adult supervision required)
