Teen Girl Power Workshop
In this full day interactive workshop, girls aged 12 – 16 years will discover their inner confidence, develop a positive mindset and understand the connection between a healthy mind and a healthy body.
The following topics will be covered:
- Identity and Strengths
- Body Image
- Friendship
- Stress Busters
- Social Media and Cyber Safety
These topics will be explored through discussion, worksheets, fun creative activities and videos. Girl Power Workshops aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where girls can feel relaxed, be themselves and be open to new ideas and thought processes.
