Spectacular international hit Fire Gardens is coming to Adelaide Botanic Garden for Illuminate Adelaide 2024 from 4 – 21 July.
After captivating audiences all over the world, Fire Gardens, created by French fire alchemists, Compagnie Carabosse, will transform the Adelaide Botanic Garden into a bewitching night-time wonderland, flickering with the flames of more than 7,000 giant handcrafted fire pots, enchanting candlelit archways, captivating kinetic sculptures and live music performances.
Compagnie Carabosse have created extraordinary installations in public sites all over the world including Kremlin Square in Moscow, England’s eerie Stonehenge, Hue Bridge in Vietnam, Pont du Gard in France and an abandoned Moroccan prison. The company paints with the palette of fire – its colours, warmth, sound and scent.

- Thursday 4, Friday 5, Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 July 2024 | 5:45pm to 8:15pm
- Thursday 11, Friday 12, Saturday 13 & Sunday 14 July 2024 | 5:45pm to 8:15pm
- Thursday 18, Friday 19, Saturday 20 & Sunday 21 July 2024 | 5:45pm to 8:15pm
Sessions run every 15 minutes from 5:45pm to 8:15pm.

Tickets are on sale from 10 April, 8.00am with $35 discount early bird tickets available until midnight Sunday 14 April (or until allocation exhausted).

- General Admission (from Monday 15 April) – $42
- Group 4+ (from Monday 15 April) – $40pp
- Under 4 years – FREE however a $0.00 ticket is required for entry

Illuminate Adelaide
2024 will be the fourth time Illuminate Adelaide has lit up the city’s streets and natural scapes with its transformative mix of installations, events and experiences that see art and technology converge in a myriad of imaginative ways.
The full Illuminate Adelaide 2024 program will be announced on 1 May 2024.
