Family History Search (Ancestry) with Libraries SA

For limited time Libraries SA One Card members can access the Ancestry.com Library Edition from home.

Ancestry.com Library Edition provides access to an extensive range of genealogical resources from the United States and United Kingdom, including census, vital, church, court, and immigration records. It also provides limited Australian coverage.

This service is usually only available using computers within the library, however for a limited time you can access the service remotely (e.g. on your home computer), as libraries deal with the impact of Coronavirus COVID-19.

To access:

1. Visit the Libraries SA website here.

2. Click on Family History, then log in with your library card number & PIN

One Card membership is free to join – click here for more information.
