Back by popular demand after three years, itโs time to dust off the tiara and prepare for a Royal event of a lifetime.
The magical ball hosted by the Royal Palace will be a celebration to remember. Children will discover a whole new world, a dazzling place where theyโll meet Cinderella, Snow White, Mermaid Princess, Arabian Princess, The Snow Sisters, Rapunzel, Sleeping Beauty, Island Princess, Dancing Beauty, and a special appearance by Tinker Fairy, Barbie and the Fairy Godmother. Cinderellaโs glass slipper and Princess Beautyโs enchanted rose will also be on display.

THE EVENT
The Royal Gala is sure to delight children, where the dream of getting ready to attend a Royal Ball to meet their favourite fairytale characters will come to life. Hosted in a lavish grand ballroom, adorned with chandeliers, fairy lights, exquisite decor and theming, pyrotechnics and state of the art lighting and production by the award winning Novatech Creative Event Technology.
Like a page out of a fairytale, the storybook dream becomes reality the moment when you step onto the red carpet and enter a world of fairytale magic.
This yearโs Ball will feature a performance by the Royal Princesses, meet and greet photo opportunity with each character, singing and dancing, GIF photo booth (where guests can take home a photo momento to remember the day), nail and hair stations.
Tickets do sell quickly, so please book early to avoid disappointment as there is only one session. They do offer refunds up to a week before the event. Please contact the organisers if you need to arrange a payment plan.

A fully serviced sit down light lunch served by Royal Staff includes a shared platter of:
- Crudites (sliced carrots, cucumber, celery, tasty cubed cheese, cabana pieces, cherry tomatoes, crackers and gluten free dip)
- Platter of fried chicken sliders and gluten free chips (lentil or vegetarian burger for vegetarians)
- Assorted pizza slices (some gluten free and vegetarian)
- Vegetarian frittata
- Homemade sausage rolls
- Tea and coffee station, water, soft drinks, orange juice, apple juice
- Dessert
BOOKINGS
Bookings are available for private tables of up to 12 guests. For smaller bookings, you will be placed on a share table with other Royal Guests. If you wish to be seated together, please book on the same table.
As this is a catered Gala event in a wedding venue, prices are set per person. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the venue.

Children under one are free as long as they sit on the lap of a paying adult. Prams and strollers will not be allowed in the venue due to occupational health and safety.
Every adult attending will also receive a gift pack from Davroe Haircare valued at $150.
ROYAL INVITATION
- $35.00 each (extra on top of ticket price)
- Gorgeous carriage invitation printed on transparent acrylic for your little Prince or Princess to receive in the mail inviting them to the Royal Princess Ball. DRESS CODE
They encourage little Princesses and Princes to dress up for the occasion in their favourite Royal Ball attire. They encourage parents to also dress up, but no princess cosplay costumes as it confuses children with the characters appearing at the event. Children can dress in their favourite Princess cosplay costume.
EVENT SPECIAL NOTES
There is free car parking around the venue and side streets. Children must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. As this is a private event for children, video recording is not permitted, although photos with the permission of parents is allowed. They will have security in place to monitor this to ensure your children are safe. There is no need to print tickets as there will be a door list.
