Walk a Mile in My Boots – Step Up to End Homelessness.
Hutt St Centre’s annual fundraising challenge – Walk a Mile in My Boots – is here for 2024. This August, walk a mile or more a day during National Homelessness Week and join a caring community raising much needed funds for more than 7,000 people experiencing homelessness in South Australia.
By taking part in Walk a Mile in My Boots, you are helping to provide essential wellbeing services and professional support for people experiencing homelessness.
The number of people turning to Hutt St Centre is steadily increasing, rising by more than 15% in the past year alone. With demand reaching record levels, your support is crucial to ensure we can provide warmth and support to people in need.
If you register early and commit to fundraising, you’ll get a free goodie pack including Walk a Mile in My Boots shoelaces to wear while you walk. You’ll also receive FREE entry to their community walking event, The Final Mile, taking place on Friday 9 August 2024.
