Grab your free storybook “The Tail Trail” on entry to Monarto Safari Park and let your imagination run wild these school holidays. Embark on a storytelling adventure around the park and get up close with some of its main characters, including Asian Elephants, majestic lions, and charming cheetahs, to create your very own animal tales!

Daily Keeper Talks
Learn about the park’s unique animals from the dedicated keepers who care for them. Find out incredible facts about the different species around the park and see them. See the full schedule at the booking link.
All keeper talks are Auslan translated and audio described.
Monarto Safari Park is open every day of the school holidays 9:30am – 5pm
With 70% of the species at Monarto threatened or vulnerable to extinction in the wild, your visit is helping Zoos SA continue vital conservation work saving species from extinction.
Home to over 500 animals and with daily free keeper presentations, a day out at Monarto is fun for the whole family. Remember, littlies under four years of age are free!
