Funlab is a first-of-its-kind entertainment and dining precinct for all ages located on Level 1 in Rundle Place.  Bringing three of its global brands to South Australia for the first time in November 2023, Funlab has created a central ‘Entertainment Place’ with Strike Bowling, Hijinx Hotel and Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq offering something for the whole family.

Alongside Funlab’s entertainment offerings is a 1,500sqm dining precinct. Set to become the culinary heart of the retail strip, Rundle Place’s Level 1 will be a destination for food and beverage with up to seven restaurants and bars showing best-in-class South Australian and national tenants.

Strike bowling has rolled into Adelaide featuring 8 bowling lanes with the latest in bowling technology, karaoke and private party rooms.  They also have a fully-equipped cocktail bar and a gourmet kitchen ready to pump out tasty snacks all day.

HIJINX HOTEL

Hijinx Hotel is an immersive interactive game experience housed within the theme, wonder and theatre of a quirky New York style hotel where the rooms are reimagined into quick play, challenge rooms. Leave the suitcases at home – these are 10 rooms where you play, not stay.

Each of the 2 hotel wings home highly fun and experiential, game-afied rooms made up of 5 different collaborative games including massive adult ball pits, giant size scrabble tiles and Rubix cubes.
