Father Christmas will be at Burnside Village once again for photos, plus there are beautiful decorations all around the centre for more photo opportunities.
Father Christmas will arrive at Burnside Village on Monday 20 November 2023 and be there until Christmas Eve. The Santa area is located in the Fashion Mall, right in front of ZARA and Seed, where you will also find their gorgeous moving Christmas display. This year’s Santa Photography bookings will also include a free, limited edition Burnside Village Teddy Bear as a take home gift.
Each year Burnside Village also hosts Sensitive Santa sessions that take place at special times without the hustle and bustle of the usual shopping crowds. Sensitive Santa sessions are ideal for those families that need a quieter experience in a sensory friendly environment.

There are opportunities for lovely Christmas photos you can take yourself around Burnside Village. The beautiful bauble pictured below is always a good spot, and the natural lighting is great for photos. There are also beautifully decorated Christmas trees and wreaths hanging from the ceiling.
Teddy Bear Themed Christmas Display
Take a look at the beautiful teddy bear themed display located in the Fashion Mall next to Santa’s photography set. It’s a great backdrop for your own (FREE) photos or selfies! Scroll down for the cutest video of the bears in action!

If you’re not familiar with Burnside Village, it has a great Parents Room with a comfortable area for breastfeeding and facilities for families with little ones. The water fountain outside in the courtyard has coloured balls for playing with which children love.
PLEASE NOTE: Burnside Village expansion works have resulted in the Northern entrances to the Centre being closed. Burnside Village continues to trade as normal, and the basement carpark access will be maintained throughout this period.
