Celebrate Santa’s Arrival at Burnside Village as they roll out the red carpet for the jolliest VIP of all!
To celebrate the arrival of Father Christmas at Burnside Village, families are invited to step into their exclusive Christmas Village, where festive fun awaits around every corner. From tasty treats in Santa’s Break Room to hands-on holiday activities in Santa’s Workshop, it’s a magical experience for little ones.
In the Atrium Mall on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, your child can be one of the first to visit Santa and receive the very special 2025 Burnside Village Christmas Teddy Bear, a limited edition collectors item. Each child will receive a festive lunchbox packed with delicious goodies to enjoy. Tickets are $40 each.

Gather the family and create cherished memories with a Santa Photography experience you’ll treasure for years to come, set within their brand new Santa’s Village.
Each year Burnside Village also hosts Sensitive Santa sessions that take place at special times without the hustle and bustle of the usual shopping crowds. Sensitive Santa sessions are ideal for those families that need a quieter experience in a sensory friendly environment. Pets too are not forgotten so don’t miss your chance to have your family pet furtographed with Santa Paws this year.

Festive Season Photos
There are opportunities for lovely Christmas photos you can take yourself around Burnside Village. Each year the beautiful bauble pictured above is always a good spot, and the natural lighting is great for photos. There are also beautifully decorated Christmas trees and wreaths hanging from the ceiling.
FREE Outdoor Water Play
If you’re not familiar with Burnside Village, it has recently been extended and has a great Parents Room with a comfortable area for breastfeeding and facilities for families with little ones. The water fountain outside in the open air courtyard has coloured balls for playing with which children love.
