Listo Trapeze Casual Class: Adelaide Fringe 2025 Review

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️   5 Stars for the chance to fly through the air on a real trapeze

Review by Claire Davill

Have you been watching Fringe shows featuring soaring trapeze artists and thought “I wonder if I could do that…”? With Listo’s trapeze classes, you CAN!

The casual classes are running at Fool’s Paradise in Victoria Square throughout the Fringe Festival, and are suitable for kids aged eight and up. No experience is necessary, and safety harnesses and a large net mean you can try this amazing skill in complete safety.

The crew from Listo will talk you through techniques, run you through a warm-up, and allow you to practice your skills on  static bar before you move to the high trapeze.

For the duration of the 90 minute lesson, you’ll learn to swing, hang from your knees, dismount with a backflip, and if you’re lucky – try for a catch with another trapeze artist.

The crew from Listo are friendly, knowledgeable and very encouraging. Kids and adults alike end up feeling empowered when they perform tricks they never thought possible. Everyone in the class we attended left with big smiles (and quite sore stomach muscles!).
