Nova Slidestreet is coming to Adelaide!
What’s more Aussie than a slip’n’slide in your backyard?
A 315 metre GIANT green and gold slip’n’slide ready for you to slide right in the middle of the city!
Nova’s bringing you one of the biggest slip’n’slides you’ll ever see right in Adelaide’s own backyard – Bartels Road in the City on Sunday 18 January 2015.
Taking this Aussie backyard tradition to the next level with Australia’s first 315 metre long slip’n’slide, Nova invite you to gather your family and friends together and get ready for some adrenalin pumping slip-sliding fun and much more to keep you entertained throughout the day.

The slide will be sharing the road and surrounding park area with Adelaide’s iconic Cancer Council charity races; Santos Tour Down Under and The People’s Choice Undies Run. Rymill Park will be bringing a whole new level of fun-filled entertainment to sliders and spectators alike.
Slidestreet organisers are currently working closely with the Office of the Premier to determine the best way in which to donate part proceeds from the Adelaide event to those affected by the recent and devastating bushfires in the Adelaide Hills.

Tickets for Nova Slidestreet go on sale from midday, Wednesday 7th January 2015 from Eventopia.
Tickets start at $15 for a single slide and $39 for a 3 hour session (plus booking fees)
Be sure to read the Slide Rules and Terms & Conditions on the Slidestreet website, some of which include:
- All participants must be at least 1.2m tall to slide
- Every child under 12 must be accompanied by a sliding parent or guardian holding a valid ticket
- All participants must not be greater then 120kg in weight
- Expectant mothers are not allowed to ride
