Be part of Operation Jeedara – come down for a tour of Sea Shepherd’s ship, the M/Y Steve Irwin which will be docked in Port Adelaide for the weekend.
On Saturday morning at 10am – there will be a Greeting to Country by Karl Telfer with a special dance and smoking ceremony. Ship Tours will be run every half an hour and will include a special screening of some exclusive footage from Operation Jeedara in the ship’s galley – See first hand what’s at risk of being lost if BP is allowed to drill in the Great Australian Bight.
There will be a “laneway market” with community stalls from Sea Shepherd, The Wilderness Society and the Great Australian Bight Alliance, and a kids interactive activities corner.
Ship Tours will be by gold coin donation.
