The Art & Play Day will provide an opportunity for children to interact with Stanley Spencer artworks in the Carrick Hill collection in the house gallery.
The Friends of Carrick Hill have developed activity sheets for children to complete while enjoying the great outdoors. Children’s Poet, Mike Lucas, will be in the Poet’s Corner reciting his original poems about Stanley Spencer. There will be an opportunity for children to have a photo with Mike in the Poet’s Corner. The Glenelg Brass Band will also be playing in the afternoon.
Registration: $2 per child (Payable on the day). Children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that house entry will incur an additional charge.
