Adelaide Symphony Orchestra – Free Family Fun Days
Held over two consecutive weekends 27-28 November and 4-5 December at Adelaide Showground, ASO’s Free Family Fun days will have something for everyone young and old.
The program is a whole lot of FREE musical fun to be had outdoors for the whole family. ASO have put together a fun filled line-up of musical entertainment suitable for all ages and abilities that will have you up and grooving to the beat from big band, the mambo and cha-cha as well as classic to contemporary orchestral music.
The program over the four days includes:
- Concerts: Performances from a wide range of community groups and ASO performers
- Workshops: Interactive workshops will introduce children and adults alike to a wide range of musical styles
- Food and Drink: Treats and healthy meals to refuel are available from a great selection of pop up food trucks, throughout the day
- Entertainment: Roving balloon makers, stilt walkers and marching bands will keep your kids entertained all day
- Sound and Sensory-friendly break-out tent: Developed in partnership with Can:Do 4Kids
