Book Week 2021 at NPSP Council Libraries

The theme of this year’s bookweek is ‘Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds’. 

The community is invited to join the City of Norwood Payneham & St Peters for a range of fun activities to be held in their libraries over the weekend of 21 and 22 August to celebrate Book Week 2021. 

Bookings are not required for most events, but spaces may be limited. Bookings are required for Starlab Planetarium sessions. 

Activity Program:

Norwood Library Saturday 21 August 2021:

110 The Parade, Norwood

  • ‘Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds’ greenscreen photobooth 10am-12pm
  • Take home art packs

St Peters Library Saturday 21 August 2021:

101 Payneham Rd, St Peters

  • ‘Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds’ greenscreen photobooth 1.30-3.30pm
  • Take home art packs

Payneham Library Sunday 22 August 2021:

2 Turner St, Felixstow

  • ‘Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds’ greenscreen photobooth 1.00-3.30pm
  • Art and craft
  • Sciworld’s amazing Starlab Planetarium (1.15-2pm & 2.30-3.15pm, bookings required) | BOOK HERE
  • Snacks
  • Hand painting by Mask Face and Body Art
  • Star Wars character appearances
  • Live music
