CULTURESPACE | Brush, Ink & TaiChi

Come to the Migration Museum on the last Sunday in April to experience the rich culture of the Chinese community in South Australia.

Calligraphy is the art of writing and is very important in Chinese culture.  Have a go and create some beautiful Calligraphy, display it or take it home.

There will also be demonstrations of TaiChi and a musical performance. Come experience something new at CultureSpace.

TIMES:

  • Calligraphy & food sampling (1:30-3pm)
  • TaiChi (2-2:30pm)
  • Zucheng performance (2:30-3pm)

FREE – no bookings required (groups of 6+ please let the Museum know if you are planning to come)

CultureSpace – family activities at the Migration Museum. Drop in and explore the exciting cultures of the people who call South Australia home. Have fun taking part in various hands-on activities. Each month will celebrate the vibrancy of a different community group.  Last Sunday of the month, 1:30pm – 3pm.
