The Cadell Harvest Festival is an annual event held each Easter Saturday with the Murray River Giant Pumpkin Competition the local highlight. This festival is full of country charm with entertainment, displays, food stalls, market produce, games and competitions. Experience the fun of orange and grape throwing, cockroach racing, carp tossing and tug-of-war. There will also be an Easter egg hunt for the children.
Adults can enjoy wine tastings along with home brew and jam making competitions or have a turn at making your own fresh fruit smoothies on the Opal mid-Murray smoothie bike. It’s a day of family fun for everyone.
