Cart 8 brings together iconic and emerging South Australian food and beverage brands in one convenient online destination, making it easier for you to discover, shop and support local.

A new online marketplace dedicated exclusively to South Australian food and beverage producers now gives local consumers one place to discover and shop a growing range of brands from across the state.

Launching during Buy SA Week 2026, Cart 8 allows consumers to browse and purchase everything from fresh produce and ready made meals to pantry staples, snacks and beverages from producers across metropolitan and regional South Australia, all through a single order with next-business-day delivery available across participating areas.

Founded by South Australian food industry professional and FMCG veteran Ethan Tan, the Cart 8 marketplace has launched with a growing network of iconic and emerging local brands, including Nippy’s, Lucia’s Fine Foods, Halls Soft Drinks, Fleurieu Milk Company, Kangaroo Island Olives, Ashton Valley Juicery, Tucker’s Natural, Pasta Pepe, Craters Crumpets, Kyton’s Bakery, Olga’s Fine Foods, Enzo’s at Home, Mountain Fresh, Cucina Classica, Foodee and Mayfair Bakery.

Cart 8 operates from a dedicated warehouse in Woodville, where products from participating producers are consolidated before being picked, packed and dispatched. Through a logistics partnership with Fridge It Logistics, the marketplace enables consumers to purchase products from multiple South Australian brands in a single order with next day delivery available across participating areas.

Mr Tan said South Australia was home to one of Australia’s strongest food and beverage industries, but until now there had not been a dedicated online marketplace bringing local producers together.  Cart 8 will continue expanding its network of South Australian producers over the coming months, with additional brands set to join the marketplace as it grows.
