The Next Steps Fundraiser is happening on Sunday 15 March, where people can walk, run or stroll 4km from Grange Jetty to Henley Jetty and back to raise funds for women rebuilding their lives after domestic and financial abuse.

Every step helps support services like financial counselling, education and pathways to employment for women working toward independence and safety.

It’s also a day that honours the life of Zahra Abrahimzadeh and the legacy behind the foundation’s work supporting women in our community.

If you’d like to walk, donate, or simply learn more, you can read about it on our website

Even if you can’t attend, there’s also a “Pay It Forward” ticket option so someone else can participate while still supporting the cause.

Stepping inside @mahomagicbar at Garden of Unearthly Delights feels like entering a tiny bar in Tokyo - neon lights, amazing drinks and magicians performing right in front of you.
Instead of watching a stage show, you’re part of it. The magicians move between the bars performing incredible sleight-of-hand tricks just centimetres away… and every single one had us wondering how did they do that?!

There are family-friendly sessions before 4pm (recommended for ages 6+) and evening shows with a slightly cheekier vibe - but the magic, laughs and immersive atmosphere stay the same.
Plus: Ramune, sparkling Fuji apple juice, snacks and some impressive cocktail shaker tricks from the bartender too.
✨ Definitely one of the more unique experiences at the Fringe.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars for an upbeat, immersive atmosphere with up-close magic and lots of laughs.

Josiah Mitton Reserve is part of the larger Brompton Green reserve, and includes a recently upgraded playground. The equipment includes a structure with dual-level monkey bars, a twisty tube slide, climbing ladders and walls, a rope net tube and a short fireman’s pole.
