Australia’s original and biggest cheese festival is back in 2024.
The most snackable weekend of the year heads to Rundle Park/Kadlitpina with a melting pot of cheesemakers, great food, drinks and dancing this October.
CheeseFest is South Australia’s longest running and widely loved annual cheese-focussed culinary festival.
Unlike any festival of it’s kind in Australia, at CheeseFest, they want you to have an experience. So along with the delicious morsels get ready for live entertainment, cooking demonstrations and cheese masterclasses – all in a vibrant and relaxed outdoor setting.
Discover the next wave of interesting cheese products, recipes and accompaniments, with many producers unveiling their newest cheesy creations at CheeseFest for the first time.
CheeseFest is an event for all ages, so take the family along to try the hottest cheese products from all of SA’s regions (plus some esteemed interstate cheesemakers), and wash it down with a drink or two while grooving to the live entertainment.
There will be over 20 cheese stalls and another 70 food and beverage stalls at this year’s cheese extravaganza. Long Paddock Cheese & The Cheese School are back again in 2024 and they’re guaranteed to give you that cheesy fix you’re all after! Why not polish it off with a delicious gin from 23rd Street Distillery or for something non- alcoholic, Besa Juice or Vitis have got you covered!
Matt Preston is back for CheeseFest 2024 to reprise his role of ‘Master of Fromage.’ You can see Matt at the RAA Masterclass and Foodland Cooking Demo Pavilion for FREE on Saturday at 5pm and Sunday at 2pm, where Matt will show you how to do one cheese four ways. Don’t miss out on seeing one of our most loved presenters in his element.
