Chilli Crab Shack Pop-up Event
South Australia’s favourite Chilli Crab Shack pop-up is back at the Adelaide Central Market and bookings are now open to reserve your serve.
Returning for its fifth year, Callum Hann and the team from Sprout will serve up the Market’s mouth-watering signature Chilli Crab dish for two days only on 29 and 30 October 2021. Expect fresh Spencer Gulf Blue Swimmer crabs cooked in a tasty Asian-style chilli tamarind sauce with egg noodles and Thai herbs, paired with a local beer, live music and Market vibes.
This year’s Chilli Crab Shack will be located at the South-Eastern entrance of the Adelaide Central Market (near the new Haigh’s store), just off Gouger Street. The pop-up runs from 11am-8pm on Friday 29 October and 10am-2.30pm on Saturday 30 October.
This popular event sells out every year, so food lovers and Chilli Crab goers are encouraged to get in quick to reserve their spot.
