Coppélia – Royal Opera House 2019/2020 Live Cinema Season
Event Cinemas Glenelg presents the charming ballet Coppélia as a part of the Royal Opera House 2019/2020 Live Cinema Season.
Ninette de Valois’ story of love, mischief and mechanical dolls features intricate choreography set to Delibes’ delightful score. The exquisite filmed performance will showcase the technical precision and comedic timing of the whole Company, bringing the colourful storybook world to life in this treat for the whole family.
Returning for 2019/20, the Live Cinema Season screenings will bring breathtaking filmed performances of the world-class ballet and opera from London’s Royal Opera House to the big screen, meaning Australian audiences will never be far from the action.
