Docee Dessert Shop | Review
Docee is delivering the goods when it comes to dessert, coffee and tasty acai bowls!
If you are seeking a suburban sweet stop that your family will love, Docee is worth a visit. There are so many new and exciting food businesses popping up on social media, it can be hard to know which to try next. Docee has been incredibly popular online and their social media game is so strong, we had to put their food to the test and visit with the family.

Located in Woodville South on Findon road, Docee is a small shop with a big following both online and in real life. Visiting on a rainy Saturday in the middle of the day, didn’t seem to deter patrons either. Walking in it was surprising to see that nearly all the seats were taken and staff were pumping out desserts like it was the peak of summer.
When you enter the store you are met with an all white fit out with pops of their signature blue in their logo, menu and uniform. There is seating indoors and outdoors and big glass windows draw you in and help you take in all the action. When taking in the menu you are met with the choice of an acai or coconut bowl. There are enticing set options such as pistachio-oh or dubai acai, you can make your own or enjoy the coconut whip in a cone as an ice cream.
If bowl foods don’t really appeal they offer a selection of beverages including hot coffee, tea, cold coffee, pressed juice, smoothies, matcha or their incredibly popular cold cream. One notable smoothie is their Hailey Beiber x Docee choice which is their take on the viral Erewhon smoothie said to promote skin health.
Docee also offers coloured pencils and paper for children to enjoy, which is a nice touch for families. Another aspect that makes Docee fun for all ages is the sheer number of ways that you can customise your dessert or beverage choice. They are up with all the latest trends but also produce items that are delicious, healthy or indulgent and bring the wow factor when it comes to presentation.
Things to consider
- There is only one small toilet that is accessed by walking through the barber shop
- No baby change facilities
- Small car park
- Gluten free, halal & dairy free options
- This place gets quite busy so be prepared for this on hot days at peak times
