Family Yoga Workshop: Tools for Teaching Kids

This is a workshop for parents and kids, together.

How good would it be to learn some simple tools to help your kids gain body awareness, learn to calm and focus, and settle for sleep? Join Shawna Barber of Sacred Centre, and her daughters: Adelle (7) and Vivienne (4) for some specific yoga postures, breathing, and mindfulness techniques to support little ones as a fun and interactive experience.

Workshop suitable for all age levels.

Please email with any questions and/or to inform the organisers of your child(s) age(s) at shawna.barber@sacredcentre.com.au.
