Farmers’ Market School Holiday Activities
Open every Sunday 9am – 1pm, Adelaide Showground Farmer’s market is a great place to visit with little ones; bustling with buskers and good things to eat.
During the holidays, the regular Farmers’ Market Kid’s Club has some special guests including the fabulous SciWorld science shows and a cupcake decorating session to celebrate the Market’s 12th birthday where junior chefs can create something special to enjoy.
To finish the holidays on a high note, the wonderful folks from the newly reopened Warrawong Sanctuary will be bringing some native creatures along for an animal show. The Farmers’ Market is also a Childrens’ University destination with a self-guided tour booklet available from the information stand to allow children to discover more about local SA produce.

- Sunday 7 October 2018 | FREE cupcake decorating class to celebrate the Farmers’ Market’s 12th birthday at 10am
- Sunday 14 October 2018 | FREE native wildlife show with Warrawong Animal Sanctuary at 10am
