FIFA Fan Festival™ Adelaide/Tarntanya | Festival Plaza | 20 Jul – 20 Aug 2023

The FIFA Fan Festival™ in Adelaide/Tarntanya is a hub of food, entertainment, experiences and, of course, football.

Capturing the atmosphere, games and spirit of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™, the free festival will officially open on 20 July 2023.

The FIFA Fan Festival™ at Festival Plaza on the southern side of Festival Theatre is a free site for fans to embrace the spirit of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™. With a screen live streaming every match, an entertainment program featuring live music including free concerts by Kimbra, San Cisco and Montaigne, DJ’s and cultural performances it truly is the place to be to soak up the atmosphere.

The site includes food outlets curated by Callum Hann featuring our fabulous local produce and reflecting the cuisines of several of the visiting nations plus a coffee outlet and bars. There is plenty of seating plus outdoor gas heaters, an undercover area and a family-friendly space featuring a mini pitch, football clinics and demonstrations as well as dart football, a reaction station and other activities as well as appearances by the FIFA Women’s World Cup™ Official Mascot Tazuni™, will ensure a good time is had by all.

Get your taste for football on the mini-pitch – which will host clinics, demonstrations and come-and- try sessions. Additionally, fans can test their reflexes at the reaction station or challenge each other to a game of dart board football. Don’t forget to get a selfie with Tazuni, the official FIFA Women’s World Cup mascot.

The FIFA Fan Festival™ creates a place that will showcase Adelaide’s vibrant culture, diverse communities, and passion for football from grass roots all the way to the Matilda’s. This is the only place where you can have a World Cup experience outside of official competition and game venues.
