Fringe@5085 is a free, two-day extravaganza of magical mayhem and music in the tranquillity of Stockade Botanical Park. Starring the Fringe Caravan and plenty more as part of the Fringe on Tour.
SATURDAY 6 MARCH 2021
- 5pm | Official welcome and dance performances. Eli Green will be your MC for the day. Then, Welcome to Country plus dance by First Nations Dance Group.
- 5:30pm – 7:30pm | WOW on Wheels. The Adelaide Fringe hits the road bringing the best, brightest and funniest Fringe acts directly to the main stage of Stockade Park.
- 7:40pm – 8:20pm | The Young and the Wrestlers. Spaghetti western meets surf guitar meets swamp rhythm with a dash of Mexican wrestling thrown in. This trio will get the party started.
- 8:20pm – 8:30pm | Mudra Dance Academy Forty Indian dancers will fill Stockade Park with colour and vibrancy.
- 8:30pm – 8:55pm | Miss C, Balloonologist performs her big balloon stunt show! Ciara is one of Melbourne’s rising professional circus performers.
- 9pm – 10pm | Disco Wonderland, one of the premier shows of the 2021 Adelaide Fringe. See their concert version of Disco Wonderland starring Paulini and Timomatic and other star guests. Enjoy the top tunes from the disco era and the hypnotic beats coming straight from the heady temple of disco, Studio 54.
SUNDAY 7 MARCH 2021
- 11am | Official welcome
- 11:10am – 2:10pm | WOW on Wheels. The Adelaide Fringe hits the road bringing the best, brightest and funniest Fringe acts directly to the main stage of Stockade Park.
- 2:15pm – 2:25pm | The Little Mermaid from the Parks Youth Theatre will take to the stage with songs and dance from this timeless story.
- 2.25 pm – 3pm | Hope of Africa bring the sounds of reggae that will resonate throughout Stockade Park with the beats of Ras Minano & The Hope of Africa Band.
