The Global Village Festival invites communities from different cultures and backgrounds to come together and celebrate their diverse culture and traditions.
This event aims to raise awareness and create a space where people living in Adelaide can acknowledge and respect the multicultural communities. It will be a great way of getting people to know about the cultures of different nations.
The aim of this project is to help people live in harmony whilst showing how every culture has contributed to Australia, whether it be socially, economically or culturally.
There will be face painting and amusement activities for children. Entry is free, and part of the proceeds of the festival will go to the Childhood Cancer Foundation.
