Hutt St Centre Emergency Winter Appeal | 2020

Hutt St Centre Emergency Winter Appeal

For hundreds of South Australians sleeping rough, the chilling nights during Winter are unbearable.

Add the threat of COVID-19 and they are terrified.

With no place to call home, and their health already compromised, there’s no way to isolate or protect themselves.

On top of all that, now people who are sleeping rough must do so in the bitter cold.

The need in our community has never been greater.

Hutt St Centre services are under incredible pressure and with record job losses, many more face the risk of losing everything.

If you can, they are asking for donations to their Emergency Winter Appeal today.

Your gift is urgently needed to create security and warmth to as many people as they can in these uncertain times.  Your support at this time will provide desperately needed relief to people facing unbearably cold nights on the street.

How your donation can help:

  • $40 can provide emergency food to people who are cold and hungry.
  • $70 can provide access to essential support services including medical care.
  • $100 can connect people sleeping rough to emergency accommodation.

All donations over $2 are tax-deductible.
