On Friday 16 October at 5:30pm the City comes alive to the sound of Formula One’s as seven 1980s and 1990s F1 cars drive through the city from Victoria Park under Police Escort to the Gouger Street Party. Watch as 200 Classic Adelaide Rally cars plus Group A, Group C and early V8 Supercars are on show as we pay homage to the 30 year anniversary of the first Formula One race in Adelaide back in 1985.
Street performers and roving entertainment add to the vibe leading into a weekend of Historic Motorsport not seen on this scale anywhere in the country. Formula one really has returned to Adelaide!
