Kidsafe Centre Hilton
Kidsafe SA are opening a brand NEW Kidsafe Centre in Adelaide with a focus on child car restraint fitting and hire services.
The new Kidsafe Centre at Hilton will be a one stop safety shop for families, Educators, health professionals and the general public. Transport accidents are the number one cause of injury-related deaths in children aged up to 14 years, and Kidsafe data collection has consistently found that 70-80% of children are not correctly restrained while travelling in the car.
The new Kidsafe Centre Hilton will include a specialised child restraint fitting service for the safe transportation of children, including those with additional needs, and a specialised restraint hire service for premature babies.
The existing Kidsafe Centre will also remain in the Women’s and Children’s Hospital in North Adelaide.
Services at Kidsafe Centre Hilton include:
- Purchase a new car seat for your child and have it professionally fitted
- Hire a capsule or car seat – short term or long term
- Hire a capsule specifically for a premature baby
- Fit your existing car seat whether that be 1 or 3 car seats across the back (even if you have purchased the seats elsewhere)
- Book a specialised appointment and car seat fitting for children with additional needs, including hip spica, oxygen or other medical conditions.
