The Stirling Community Christmas Pageant, Market & Fair is an event that brings joy to the Adelaide Hills each year during the Christmas season.
Held on the first Sunday in December each year, floats start in Druids Ave and make their way to the Stirling Oval for an afternoon of live music, free kids craft, sideshow rides, camel rides, animal nursery, a delicious range of food and market stalls. It is a fabulous family day out full of fun and a great opportunity to buy handcrafted, unique Christmas presents.
The parade attracts community groups and businesses from the Adelaide Hills area who create amazing colourful floats and entertain the crowd. Take along a picnic basket or purchase from the many stalls on the oval.
In 2024, the event will be on Sunday 1 December from 11am – 3pm, where event-goers can line the streets and watch the colourful and entertaining parade before commencing to the oval for a fun-filled afternoon.
