Murray Bridge New Year’s Eve Event | 31 Dec 2025
The Rural City of Murray Bridge will once again celebrate New Year’s Eve on the riverbanks of Wharf Hill, Sturt Reserve.
Proudly supported by Diamond sponsors Gifford Hill Estate and Thomas Foods International, this much-loved community event will transform the city’s riverside precinct into the ultimate destination for families and friends to welcome the New Year.
The family-friendly event will feature food trucks, live music, entertainment, bridge lighting and a spectacular fireworks display over the Murray River.
Festivities will begin at 5pm with a vibrant line-up of food trucks and entertainment. From 7.30pm, the historic railway bridge will be illuminated ahead of the main attraction – a breathtaking fireworks display lighting up the sky from 9.30pm.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable evening, bridge and river closures will be in place during the fireworks. Residents are reminded to keep pets safely secured, as loud noises may cause distress. Dry zone restrictions will be in effect across Murray Bridge.
