Neo: Printmaking Mania is program for 13-17 year olds at the Art Gallery of South Australia.
Neo makes a big return in 2017 with a fun-filled afternoon of all things print! Join the Art Gallery of South Australia for the official launch of Yewth magazine’s February edition and learn about independent publishing. Then, inspired by the Gallery’s display Contemporary Romantic featuring works of art by Rick Amor, go berserk as you turn your drawings into prints with Neo Artist Ambassadors Kerri-Anne Wright and Jake Holmes. Hit the decks and become the resident DJ; cool down with an artisan ice-treat; and revitalise with a snack for more printmaking mania!
Neo is the Art Gallery’s dedicated program just for teens 13 to 17 years old, proudly supported by The Balnaves Foundation.
About ‘Neo’:
‘Neo’ means new, youthful, fresh, lately and now. It suggests the spirit of the contemporary, so it is an ideal name for the Gallery’s new free program of activities and talks led by artists and art lovers just for teen audiences, which returns bigger and better in 2017!
This event is FREE!
