Drama & Acting Classes presented by NIDA Open
Dive into Term 2 with drama and acting classes starting soon in Adelaide!
Based on the National Institute of Dramatic Art’s world-renowned training techniques, NIDA Open offers a range of fun and engaging performing arts classes for children in grades 4–12.
Over 8 weeks, each student will learn the techniques to become a great storyteller as they work on their voice and physical presence on stage.
NIDA’s term classes provide all kids with a safe space to build confidence and learn new and exciting skills, all while socialising and having fun!
About NIDA Open Term Classes
Term 2 classes run on weekends, from 1 May–20 June 2021, and start at $300 for 8 weeks.
NIDA Open term courses are designed across a four-term structure within the following learning framework:
- Term 1 – Improvisation and Performance Craft
- Term 2 – Voice and Movement
- Term 3 – Devising and Contemporary Practice
- Term 4 – Script Work and Technique
This term, the following classes are available:
Drama for grades 4–7 | Sat 1 May–Sat 19 June 2021
Acting for grades 8–12 | Sat 1 May–Sat 19 June 2021
Acting on Screen for grades 9–10 | Sun 2 May–Sun 20 June 2021
