Live online poppy making demonstration for ANZAC day
The Marion Cultural Centre Facebook page will be live streaming an online demonstration of how to make a poppy out of a paper plate and other craft materials for ANZAC Day
Families across South Australia will this week be invited to decorate their streets with swathes of red poppies as a way of honouring the ANZACs during coronavirus.
Artist Monica Prichard will lead a live Facebook streaming workshop from the Marion Cultural Centre at 11am this Thursday, 16 April.
Monica invites you to join her in making a variety of different poppies using paper plates and other craft materials to display in your windows at home in remembrance.
Making them with our kids for ANZAC day is a great way to teach them about honouring those that have fallen.
