Plaster Fun House is a great place for kids of all ages (and Adults) to get creative. They have a large range of pre-cast figurines and plaques to choose from, ranging in price from $4.00 for small pieces to $6-8 for medium sizes. After purchasing one of these, children can then paint their own masterpiece using the brushes, paints, glaze and glitter free of charge, all provided in the store. Add the final touches from their accessories range with some eyes, eyelashes, and a hat and you have created a unique piece of artwork for yourself or as a special gift for someone. {The accessories are at an additional cost}.
The best thing is that there is no mess to clean up at home!
They have many new three dimensional figurines and new craft products like animal pot plants, hand moulding and photoframe kits, craft jewellery kits, money boxes, trinket box kits and magnet photo frames.
In the school holidays they usually have special deals where you get to paint a plaster mould and it includes a drink, plus a small packet of chips. {This is $10 during January 2013}
They often have specials during the school term on certain days of the week.
We have been to many Birthday parties here too where the kids have had a great time and loved creating their masterpieces to take home. We have quite a collection of them!
It’s a very easy party option for parents. The kids are kept busy with some help from Plaster Fun House staff.

Please note that the glaze put on the moulds to set the paint does emit a fume in the room which can be unpleasant to some people.
