Free Pump Track for Kids in the City of Burnside

The City of Burnside has an ‘all wheels – all ages’ pump track which is available to use for free at various locations throughout the council area.

The pump track is a FREE recreational facility for all wheeled sports including bikes of all types, scooters, skateboards, roller skates and the very cool balance bike for toddlers.

Location:

On Tuesday 19 March 2024 the pump track will move to Symons & Symons Reserve, Glenside.

Open from sunrise to sunset everyday.  BYO bikes, skateboard, roller skates, scooters, balance bikes etc.

Things to note:

  • some equipment is not suitable for use (3 wheels, go-karts, motorised equipment, bikes with training wheels)
  • wear protective gear and helmet,
  • keep a safe distance between riders
  • only attend during daylight hours only
  • take care in wet weather as the track is slippery when wet
  • parent/guardian supervision required
