Sands SA invites you to join with other bereaved parents, their families and friends and walk together in memory of babies that have died.
The day will include a short memorial service, butterfly release and 20 minute walk along the picturesque walking trail around the old Thorndon Park reservoir to honour the precious babies who were taken from us too soon. The trail is suitable for prams, scooters and wheelchairs.
Children’s entertainment will be onsite from 10.30 – 12.
A raffle will be drawn on the day with tickets available for purchase at the event.
A fundraising sausage sizzle will be held with drinks and snacks available at the onsite kiosk. Alternatively, bring your own picnic and enjoy the beautiful location that is Thorndon Park.
