School Holiday Activities | Adelaide Farmers’ Market | April 2018

School Holiday Activities at Adelaide Farmers’ Market | Adelaide Showground

Since 2006 the Adelaide Farmers’ Market has been a not for profit dedicated to supporting small family farms, agricultural diversity and fresh, regional and seasonal choices for consumers.

Adelaide Farmers’ Market is now the biggest farmers market in Australia and attracts around 6,000 locals and tourists every Sunday. It is a vibrant place where farmers and producers representing every region of the state bring seasonal produce to sell direct to the public in inner-city Adelaide.

The market champions the idea of consumers considering where their food comes from and how its produced.  The market also benefits producers as they are able to maximise their profit margins by selling direct to the public and receive instant feedback from customers about product quality.

These school holidays there will be events perfect for kids on Sunday 15, Sunday 22 and Sunday 29 April 2018.
