The Art Gallery of South Australia holds holiday workshops between each term. During the first term break in April the school holiday program theme is Soaring Sculptures – Inspired by the incredible architectural works of art in the 12th Adelaide Biennial of Australian Art. Participants will create their own elaborate suspended sculpture during the one hour art session.
The sessions are held daily at 10.30 am, 12 noon and 1.30 pm and all workshops are preceeded by a special childern’s tour, which introduces participants to the day’s theme. Tours start at 10 am, 11.30 am, and 1 pm.
