Join Down Syndrome SA in Bonython Park on the 18th of October to Step Up for Down syndrome.
Walk around the West Parklands of Adelaide on the 3km activity trail and with your free bag from the Central Market you will collect goodies along the way from Nippy’s, Opal, Bellis Fruit Bars and the Adelaide Zoo just to name a few.
After the walk we shall celebrate Down syndrome awareness month with a huge family fun day with activities for people young and old, including a Scavenger hunt, jumping castles, Dig-a-dino, native animals and the SACA cricket clinic.
With appearances from your favourite Superheroes and interactive performances from the Lolly Jar Circus and their very own Dance Down Performance Team, there will be loads of entertainment.
As Down Syndrome SA’s major fundraising event for the year and with the great support of The Athlete’s Foot they look forward to this community event to walk as one. Just by registering you support a great cause and for those keen fundraisers create your own fundraising page and help continue their work in providing information and advocacy services for families.
