Roller Skating Sessions | Noarlunga Recreation Centre
The City of Onkaparinga is turning up the music, dimming the lights, and bringing the skating vibes back to Noarlunga Recreation Centre.
Get ready to roll, dance, and spin your way around the rink. It’s the biggest skating comeback in the south, with Friday night and Saturday afternoon sessions for both adults and kids.
Sunday skating parties are also back too. As skating grows and returns to NRC they will look at developing more programs and events at the Centre.
Public Skate Session times*:
Starting Friday 29 August 2025:
- Friday Night: 5pm–7pm (Kids/Family session)
- Friday Night: 7pm–8pm (Adults)
- Saturday: 2pm–4pm (All ages)
*Adults are welcome to skate during the full 3-hour Friday night session, however the final hour (7pm–8pm) will be a designated adults-only session which is set aside for faster and more experienced skaters to enjoy a safe, uninterrupted skate.
Skate Parties
Celebrate your birthday with a fun and unique skate party at the Noarlunga Aquatic & Recreation Centre. They provide the skates, music, and party area – you just invite your guests and enjoy the good vibes.
Sunday Party Session Times:
- 11am–1pm
- 1pm – 3pm
Party Packages (2025/2026):
- 2-hour party area hire, skates provided (up to 20 skaters): $266.50
- Additional skaters above 20: $7.20 per person
- Additional staff member (if required): $51 per hour
- Parents/Guardians wishing to skate: $9.60 per person
- Spectators: Free
Note: Parties booked for dates after 30 June 2026 may be subject to price changes.
About the Noarlunga Aquatic & Recreation Centre:
Established in 1991, the Noarlunga Aquatic & Recreation Centre is located within the recreational precinct of the City of Onkaparinga. It is conveniently situated adjacent to the Colonnades Shopping Complex, the cinema complex and has direct access to Noarlunga Centre station, a major rail and bus terminal. The Centre ‘s facilities include accessibility amenities, kiosk, parking, pool, showers and toilets.
